photoblog image Detail, Jay Pritzker Pavilion (Chicago)
I dislike Frank Gehry's Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago's Millennium Park; I call it "a robot's head on a bad hair day". But its lines do provide for nice shots of some of the details.

Bad architecture, like bad weather, makes for good photography!
Elizabeth Buie: Bad architecture is better, because you don't have to protect your camera!

Very nice one. Love the textures, the tones, the simplicity of it.

I'm not crazy about Frank Gehry either, the abundance of curves and surfaces is full of photopportunities, but the overall is messy.
I like the expression...and the photograph smile
Elizabeth Buie: Hi, Yasser, and thanks. When you say you "like the expression" -- do you mean "a robot's head on a bad hair day"? I definitely agree that the overall look is messy.
